Boulevard has an amazing interface and is incredible for communication with clients. It's streamlined our salon and set us up for ease through what could have been an absolute nightmare. We lost almost all of our support staff because of Covid, and BLVD has been invaluable because of the messaging portion primarily. We don't even have online booking open to clients at this time because of wanting to have total control of when clients are booking appointments, but still, the ease of being able to speak to clients has been incredible. So thankful for all the hard work of the BLVD team as well. They make such great calls with software developments and improvements. Their staff is so helpful and responsive to questions! Love this platform, cannot say it enough!

It has made it so so so much easier to exchange products in the salon, remove account balances for staff after I have ran payroll collecting that balance and we feel it will be much simpler when we do have a “hair color adjustment” that another service provider is having to correct.
