Laura Condy is an Onboarding Specialist for Boulevard. She guides new customers through the onboarding and launch process. Before joining Boulevard, Laura spent eight years managing a Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, where she led a team of up to 20 staff members serving 30-40 clients each day. Her career also includes technical and customer support roles with OpenTable, where she helped restaurants manage their reservation software. Part tech expert and part small business consultant, Laura works to help customers find solutions to challenges big and small and create memorable experiences for their clients in the process. Her go-to self-care routine includes a haircut and color, and she considers vocalist Hayley Williams to be her hair muse.

Senior Product Manager

Rachel Daily is a Senior Product Manager for Boulevard. She is also the co-founder and co-owner of ‘Cure Studios, an Austin-based nail salon focused on sustainable business practices and gender-neutral client experiences. Before joining Boulevard, Rachel spent seven years working in product management at Stitch Fix. A former makeup artist who loves to help people look and feel their best through small acts of self-care, Rachel is passionate about creating visibility, opportunity, and safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Her go-to self-care routine consists of weekly 140-degree infrared sauna sessions, getting as much natural light as possible before 10 am, regular exercise, and holistic facials as an additional fun treat.

Skya Jones

Medspa Education Manager

Skya Jones is a Medspa Education Manager and in-house aesthetics expert for Boulevard. She works directly with the company’s staff and medspa customers to help design memorable client experiences. Skya has more than seven years of experience in the beauty industry with a specific focus on medical aesthetics, as well as more than five years of experience in medspa leadership and management. Before joining Boulevard, Skya was a department lead for Bobbi Bullock Medical Esthetics and a National Trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute. A certified nurse assistant, her career spans both clinical and business operations and includes stints as a manager at VitaNovu and a beauty advisor for Kohl’s. Skya’s go-to self-care routine is a relaxing facial or massage followed by meditation or yoga.

Senior Customer Support Specialist

Grace Kaminski is a Senior Customer Support Specialist for Boulevard. Acting as the frontline of communication for customers, she works directly with customers to help them overcome roadblocks and provide memorable client experiences. Grace has spent her entire career in the Los Angeles fashion and beauty industries. After several years in back-office support roles with REVOLVE, Grace made the switch to a client-facing role at one of LA’s premier hair salons, Nine Zero One. Starting as a front desk receptionist, she continually acquired new responsibilities, eventually leading to the position of Salon Manager, where she oversaw all aspects of the salon. At Boulevard, Grace combines premium customer service and industry knowledge with sharp technical skills to support Boulevard’s customers. Her go-to self-care routine includes listening to podcasts or music, making sure to get outside, and relaxing facials.

Lead Solutions Architect

Daniel Landroche is the Lead Solutions Architect and reporting expert at Boulevard. In addition to his extensive work as a consultant, he has 12 years of in-house salon experience, including seven years at BENJAMIN salon. Daniel complements his insider knowledge of the salon industry with additional experience in management, operations, payroll, finance, HR, and marketing, including a role on the digital marketing team at Disney+. A comedy fan and screenwriter in his spare time, Daniel channels his wide breadth of experience and knowledge into his passion for creating content and solutions that help salon professionals find new ways to work more efficiently. His go-to self-care routine includes a facial and acupuncture.

Education Manager

Katie McKee is an Education Manager for Boulevard. Passionate about helping stylists and professionals reach their potential through training and education, Katie oversees Boulevard Academy, the company’s customer training and education hub featuring live and on-demand webinars, how-to videos, and personalized learning paths. She has extensive experience creating corporate learning and development programs for enterprise organizations. During her 4+ year tenure at Massage Envy, she served as both an internal communications manager and senior corporate trainer specializing in training for service providers. Katie holds a degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and an MA in Public Administration & Leadership from Northern Arizona University. An anti-aging enthusiast, her go-to self-care routine includes all things skincare to maintain a solid glow.

Customer Experience Advisor

Debbie Miller is a Customer Experience Advisor for Boulevard. Debbie combines her industry and technology experience to help create a superior end-to-end experience for Boulevard’s customers. Her career in the self-care industry includes extensive experience as a stylist as well as a Redken International Platform Artist specializing in business. She transitioned out from behind the chair to serve as manager of salon operations and training for all ULTA salons, helping the organization launch a new performance-based culture. She then spent nearly a decade in enterprise POS sales and account management serving numerous large multi-location businesses. In addition to her role with Boulevard, Debbie is an active board member of the International Salon/Spa Business Network (ISBN). Her go-to self-care routine includes a round of golf followed by a mani-pedi.

Jozlyn Miller is a Luxury Spa Consultant and Education Manager for Boulevard. Her experience includes more than 13 years in the luxury spa and beauty industry, including more than nine years at The Spa at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, where she worked her way from front desk coordinator to spa operations manager. From the first client interaction to managing service providers and financials, Jozlyn knows firsthand what it takes to run a successful luxury spa. She is constantly looking for ways to help Boulevard’s customers save time and increase revenue so they can do what they do best: create memorable experiences for their clients. Jozlyn’s go-to self-care routine consists of a simple therapeutic massage paired with a brief stretch, finishing off with a guided meditation. She considers it the ultimate way to reset.

Alexa Stewart is the Product Support Specialist at Boulevard. Before transitioning to the tech side of the industry, Alexa spent nearly a decade working inside self-care businesses in a variety of roles spanning from front desk to salon management. In addition to working inside numerous salons and spas, she was previously the client services team lead for a luxury barbershop in Manhattan. Alexa spends her days at Boulevard combining her industry experience with extensive backend knowledge and skills, working with both colleagues and customers to help them solve technology challenges, dig into complex system issues, and create memorable client experiences. Alexa’s go-to self-care routine involves a trip to the salon for fresh cut and color.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Darby Sullivan is a Senior Customer Success Manager for Boulevard, where she helps small business customers better leverage technology to achieve their growth potential. A barber by trade, Darby has extensive experience spanning multiple self-care verticals. Previously, Darby owned a full-service salon specializing in bridal and other special occasion looks, as well as a barbershop focused on blending modern approaches with old-school barbering services. She also oversaw management, operations, and education for more than a dozen Target beauty concierge locations, and managed a multi-million dollar massage and facial spa franchise. Darby leverages her industry experience to help Boulevard’s customers maximize their revenue streams and uncover new ones. Her go-to self-care involves a session at the gym followed by her favorite drink from a local cafe – a dirty chai latte with lavender syrup.

Abby is Team Lead for the Customer Support department at Boulevard, where she ensures smooth interactions between team members and customers on all support-related engagements. Abby has over a decade of experience in the self-care and fashion industries. Starting as a front desk receptionist at BENJAMIN, she quickly realized her passion for the salon and spa industry. She grew her skills and eventually became Salon Director for Poppy & Monroe, and has consulted with other high-end holistic spas across the country to help them grow their businesses. Abby utilizes her industry knowledge and customer service skills to help Boulevard’s customers navigate through any challenge. Her go-to self-care routine is strength training at the gym and getting a relaxing manicure and pedicure.

Kaya is a Senior Customer Success Manager for Boulevard. Before joining Boulevard, Kaya spent her entire professional career in the beauty business, starting in guest services and advancing to management. She managed salon and spa businesses for ten years, overseeing daily operations, managing business financials, training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. In addition to her management experience, she has also consulted with salon owners to help them improve their business strategies and increase profitability. Kaya has held numerous salon business management classes, teaching others how to effectively run and grow their businesses. Her love for the beauty industry stems from spending much of her childhood at her mother’s salon and spa in Washington, D.C. She now shares her passion for empowering beauty businesses with Boulevard’s customers. Her go-to self-care routine includes daily gratitude journaling.

Shanalie Wijesinghe is the Content Strategy Director at Boulevard. She lends her industry and platform expertise to both in-house staff and partner salons and spas. A salon industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience working for high-end luxury salons such as Sally Hershberger and BENJAMIN, Shanalie was previously a sales engineer for Boulevard and blends her knowledge of the beauty and technology industries to help put the company’s partners and employees on the path to success. A Bay Area native and first-generation immigrant, Shanalie is a graduate of the Paul Mitchell School specializing in cosmetology, styling, and nail instruction. Her go-to self-care routine includes a hydrafacial and a fresh blowout.
