Company makes fourth-consecutive appearance on the prestigious listing of North America’s fastest-growing companies; ranks 161 overall
LOS ANGELES – November 19, 2025 – Boulevard (www.joinblvd.com), provider of the fastest-growing client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses, today announced it has been named to the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™. Now in its 31st year, the renowned list ranks the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America based on percentage of fiscal-year revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. Appearing on the list for the fourth year in a row, Boulevard ranks 161 overall in 2025 with a three-year growth rate of more than 500%.
“We have always believed that when you genuinely care about your customers and build technology that actually solves the challenges they face, success follows,” said Matt Danna, co-founder and CEO, Boulevard. “Appearing on the Deloitte Fast 500 for the fourth consecutive year is yet another validation of that belief. The self-care community continues to inspire us every day, and we’re more motivated than ever to help this industry continue thriving and champion the hardworking entrepreneurs and professionals who are at the heart of it.”
Inclusion in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for 2025 is the latest recognition Boulevard has garnered for its impressive growth, continued innovation, and commitment to customer excellence. Earlier this year, the company made its second consecutive appearance on the Inc. 5000, ranking in the top 20% of all businesses on the list, while also ranking inside the top 200 among both software providers and companies in California. The company also received the prestigious Inc. Power Partner Award for 2025 in the General Excellence category, reflecting its strong customer relationships and the standout reputation it has built among self-care businesses across the country.
A growing community of passionate customers
The stream of recognition comes as Boulevard continues to grow its customer base and establish dominance across multiple self-care market verticals. Powered by a passionate customer community and a wave of AI-first features—including Precision Scheduling®, the Boulevard Marketing Suite, and its popular chatbot, Billie—Boulevard now supports over 40,000 professionals across more than 6,000 self-care businesses. The company’s platform is used to book more than 2 million appointments every month and process over $5 billion in annual payments.
Self-care as a cultural touchstone
Boulevard’s rapid growth mirrors a larger cultural movement that’s placing self-care at the center of everyday life. Research from McKinsey shows that wellness is a top priority for Gen Z, while the Bank of America Institute notes that Baby Boomers are accelerating their self-care spending faster than any other age group. According to data from McKinsey, consumers across all generations are less likely to cut health and wellness spending even during economic downturns than they are to reduce discretionary purchases, including clothing and entertainment. Altogether, the out-of-home personal care industry has surged past $300 billion in the U.S. and $900 billion worldwide—growth fueled by remarkable client loyalty and frequent repeat visits.
As the industry continues to grow, so too does technology’s influence on the client experience. A newly released report from Boulevard shows that younger clients’ first impression of a self-care business is heavily influenced by social media and confirms the growing importance of online booking—with roughly two-thirds of Gen Z (67%) and Millennials (64%) having abandoned a salon or spa altogether simply because the online booking process was too clunky. Extensive data and detailed insights can be found in the full report, titled “The Self-Care Client Report 2026: Uncovering What Truly Matters.”
