This month in product: We're talking about loyalty, holiday prepping with egift cards, offers upgrades, and a little update with our partners at Green Circle Salons.

Real talk: client retention can be tough, which is exactly the reason the most loyal clients deserve special treatment. With Boulevard’s new Loyalty Program app, you can increase client retention by rewarding them for different purchases. Customize your program by defining how products and services earn clients points and how those points can be redeemed. It’s special perks like these that can turn one appointment into a lifelong relationship.

Install the Loyalty Program app from your Manage Business settings and have clients start earning points with a few clicks.

Online Gift Card Customizations

Send online gift cards to a friend and more enhancements!

Online gift cards are the perfect way for clients to treat their friends and family while also increasing revenue for your business. A win-win all around! Before, clients would have to send online gift cards to the recipient themselves. Now, clients have the option to create a personalized message and schedule a date for the gift card to be sent via email.

Now, all customizations can be controlled under the new Gift Cards tab within your Manage Business settings. Locations can still opt out of in-store or online gift cards under their Manage Location settings. New customizations include: online gift card website messaging, card amounts, available designs, and more!

You can also update your gift card URL under the Business Details tab. Remember to update anywhere this URL is listed like social media accounts!

Lastly, now you can see a full record of gift cards sold in-store or online in the “Gift Cards” section under the Sales tab. You’ll also have the option to resend gift cards to a recipient, if necessary.

Using Offers during checkout is a breeze with new auto-apply and stacking 

You’ll be applying that holiday offer code throughout the rest of the year and we want to save you a step. First, decide if an offer code should be automatically applied at checkout. When creating the offer, toggle the “Auto-apply” option to skip manually selecting the code during checkout.

Want to give your client the best possible discount? You now have the ability to apply multiple offers on top of other discounts within the same ticket.

New Green Circle Salons fee customization

Previously, you had the option to apply environmental fees based on individual services.  Now, you can choose to charge clients a flat fee regardless of what service they’re receiving.
